A little help with your hoard.
I'm Antreas, the person building Cliphoard. For help, email support@cliphoard.dev.
Include your macOS version, Cliphoard version, whether you use the App Store or direct edition, and the steps that caused the problem. Please leave private clipboard content, passwords and licence keys out of your message.
Free means a complete clipboard manager
History, text search, pinning, themes, importers and encrypted history export/import are free. Pro adds on-device image search, recognised image text and visually similar images. Your history is not held behind a purchase.
The direct 1.0.1 edition is available now. The Mac App Store edition and new Pro purchases are being prepared.
Restore Pro
Mac App Store edition: use Restore Purchases in Cliphoard Settings with the Apple Account that purchased Pro. Apple handles the purchase and any refund. Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Direct edition: enter your Cliphoard licence key in Settings. A direct-edition key does not activate the App Store edition, and an App Store purchase does not supply a direct-edition key.
Paste a saved clip
Open the bar with ⌃⌥⌘V and select a clip. In the App Store edition, press ⌘V in the destination app. The direct edition can paste automatically after you grant Accessibility permission.
Move your history
Use Settings → Move to another Mac to export an encrypted archive, then import it on the destination. This also moves history between editions. Keep the archive passphrase safe: there is no reset or recovery. Copying the database folder alone does not transfer its device-bound encryption keys.
Report a bug or inspect the code
You can also use GitHub issues for a public bug report. Only post information you are comfortable making public. The entire application source, including Pro, is available under MIT.
